Now maybe some of these aren't really appropriate for here as they're not weapons but sure I'll go ahead and post them. They are armour though.

Which of these if any would you like to see made. A lot probably wont be made but what do ye think should be?

I personally would love to see them all. I would love a set of that elven armour. In all fairness I'd love it all!!

Right now though I want a Lothlorian Cloak and the bracers. I'm probably going to be making the cloak, might try Haldir's too if I can get a decent picture of it so I can see colours details!!

The bracers I'm almost tempted to try and make but I don't think I'd have the ability. I certainly don't have the money to buy the ones I've seen on the net, stunning and all as they might be.

Sorry if they Poll is messed up or if I've left something out-it is 2am and I'm only new to this forum too!!

I voted for Haldir's Sword and the Elven Bows/Quivers/Arrows.
NOthing against anything else on the poll, all are magnificent and I'm sure UC could do one hell of a job with it, it's just I'm only interested in buying the weapons. *This works out seeing as I couldn't ever afford other items*

Haldir's Sword is simply beautiful. I love Hadhafang and the Elven Warrior Sword and I see Haldir's as a mix of the two. It is a very nice looking blade and although it has limited screen time in the films, it's still a heck of a sword. Kit if you are reading this please make Haldir's Sword, not a lot of time in the films, but tons of people will buy it!!!

As for the Bows I've been wanting them since I got my first LOTR sword. I'd love to see all the bows made, nonfunctional or functional. The elven bows are beautiful in their own right, but don't forget about others such as Aragorn's ranger bow, the rohan bow, gondor bow....even the uruk bow! I'd love to see them all made and I can't imagine them being all that expensive. I'd expect 200-300 for a bow, the quiver, and a few arrows. I know that I would snap them up just as fast as any sword!

I kind of like Haldir's sword. Hadhafang is a little too girly for me, and the EWS a little too big. Haldir's beeing a mix of the best aspects of the two is great. I'd look into getting it after Boromir's.

I'd only get a bow if it were functional. The idea of a piece of wood and a string that just sits there and doesn't do anything seems kind of boring to me.

I'd definately hope that the bows are fully functional.

I can just imagine the looks on my fellow archers faces as I turn up to training and uncover a Bow of the Galadrium! *drools*

*Ahem* Where was I? Ah yes... *drools* :p

It's such a beautifully ornate bow. Add full functionality and man oh man it'd be simply stunning!!

I'd say 50/60lbs would be likely. Tough to draw but it's something to build to! It'd be some beast with a draw weight like that!!

I voted for Haldir's Sword, the cloak, and the bow/arrows.
Haldir's sword is a must. I didn't vote for bracers because I prefer the gondorian style.

*starts to sulk in the corner*

    http://www.bladesbybrown.com/lotr/bows.html

Take a look at the top of that. :(

I'm pointing to the very top which says: "Bows (not functional)".

That's a right shame. I think I'm gonna really have to get into making things!! At least I'll have the design from the Official one but it's a bit disappointing that they wouldn't make it functional.

I guess I can understand that. They're not bow makers really, are they? It would take quite a bit of effort to get something like that to function properly. Choosing wood etc and perhaps the designs aren't the most practical.

Why not ask for all of these items. Surely if you are a true fan you would want to collect all that is possible

I came across this myself a few days ago. I'd hope they sell to Ireland though!! It is quite beautiful. Expensive enough though.

No mention of draw weight but it is fully firable and the string it uses is a typical archery string (dacron).

yeah i saw that mentioned alright...

Any idea of when they might be out? I was guessing 2004 to go with the bows but that's just me guessing and considering im pretty much brand new here i wouldn't have a clue!!

I think I'd like to try to do them anyway just for fun. I've found some nice designs that I'd like to put on them and I think it's worth giving it a go.

Maybe try it out on some art lino first! :p
