The Philosopher's Stone is a Harry Potter construct, as a result most of the links you will get will be Harry Potter links.

If you're thinking of another reference then you'd have to elaborate your search with additional terms relating to that stone - holders; age; country; mythological source etc...

You'll have to go directly to the source material: medieval alchemy. I can't think of any appearance of the philosopher's stone in any fiction apart from Harry Potter.

The Wikipedia article isn't a bad place to start.

The only fictional work I can immediately think of that mentions the Philosopher's Stone and isn't Harry Potter is Full Metal Alchemist. But that isn't a book unless you are counting manga. Also it is used for something completely else.

Oh, there was also the Bartimaeus trilogy which also mentioned something that was called a Philosopher's Stone but again was different in particulars.
