I know everyone in this forum is going to be considerate of the others who have not finished the book yet. *hem, hem* But I just want to state the generally accepted policy of this forum for new books.

For the first 1 - 2 months of the book being out, all threads discussing the book must contain the word "SPOILER" in the title, preferably in all caps. I'm sure some of us will be able to discuss the book by 6 am the day it comes out. But lets be polite and not spoil the end of the book for those who aren't going to be up at midnight and spend 5 hours reading intently.

Did you hear about the New York Times? The printed a spoiler to the book under the guise of an early review, many people including Rowling and her publishers are pissed.

I heard, but I refused to read the article cause I don't want to know anything until I read the book.

Does this make me a huge nerd?

I too refuse to read the article, I just happened to hear about it on www.the-leaky-cauldron.org They, thankfully did not post the article just telling us to be wary.

With us, the papers printed the spoilers (from that hacked manuscript) upside down haha.
My mother read it and told me there were spoilers in it, as in who would die.
Luckily she didn't tell me and I don't read the paper so *grins*.
Unfortunately, I won't be able to get the book tomorrow but only on Monday :(

No, because then I would be one too. :p
I've been refusing to read anything about it.

I'm not a nerd, but I'm mean though. My hubby went to the bookstore at 9pm, to wait until midnight to get my book. :halo:
