    I guess you could, but she hasn't replied to me yet. LWB said she'd move it temporarily to this section (General Books) if we don't get any answers from Nienor.

    Hmm. Are we doing the "free internet books" only deal? Ngl, if that's the case, my interest is going to significantly wane for the book club, as I'd rather read books unfettered by restrictions of if they're "free" or "online," etc.

    Liaden I don't think it was necessarily a focus only on free modern ebooks - but also on some classics which are now (thanks to copyright expires) free on ereaders/the net in general. An idea to (at least initially) boost membership/partaking by removing the cost/purchase barrier.

    In that you've already got classics like Howard and Lovecroft and I'm sure a good few others that have hidden away in the depths of time.

    All the Sherlock Holmes are free, and Herman Melville's books are free as well.
