thread to discuss beer!!!!
bavarians have drinkware, mostly suited to my needs
Good idea I might grab one from the fridge
too early for me
Never too early for beer. Its liquid bread and good for you.
I know, but at work... ehem...
Theres always beer in the fridge at my work, but I guess this is Australia
yeah I've heard, that if you wanna work little you should go tu Australia, and if you don't want to work at all - NZ
yah, that's probably why bavaria is so rich: selling those Maßkrüge to tourists ^^
we were in a conference at Eibsee and I was kinda thirsty, so when they served beer in (0.5l for foreigners) I drank that in like 1 min. The the bavarian waiter was like: "dude you drink like bavarian", so he brought me 1l thingy and was serving me that since I was the only one in the restaurant drinking from 1l
I guess with that ability, you could become a bavarian citizen
I live 2.5 years in Munich... but I didn't although I also amazed some of them in a student dorm bar... was washing my clothes and needed change, and I knew they usually bith if you don't buy anything, so I bought 0.3 beer and drank it in one gulp. All students in a bar were like: "are you english?", nope, "but you're also not german?" nope... So now they have in their mental list Lithuania as well
Hahahaha you could also drink from a helmet. We have a tradition that each year three girls have to empty a helmet full of beer. The guys who organise this put a spirit called jenever in it, Which you don't taste when mixed with beer and you get like extremely drunk of it.
13 posts an no mention of Belgium
This is beer ^^
Hmmm looks Nice! I want some with delicious food alongside it
Carmelites aren't trappists
Trappists are usually darker double, sweeter beers - this is a triple. Stronger, but less sweet and lighter in colour
Triples like Karmeliet and Straffe Hendrik are by far my most favourite beers.
I think I'd like that one then, since I cannot drin more than couple bottles of trappist...
@Tur: That glass looks wrong. Beer shouldn't be served in that...
Belgian beers are served in such, that's normal...
Separate names with a comma.
