That's very disappointing. So I am right in assuming that both Anduril and the Ranger sword scabbard aren't coming out until November?

I keep seeing October as the release month for Anduril.
    November is more likely though.

I'll be happy as long as they're out by Christmas. :)

Swordsman, when do you think my local retailer will be able to get a hold of the fall catalogue?

The fall catologe is sent out to all UC retailers in CD format. They do not publish a print catologe if that is what you mean. But if he or she is a UC dealer they should have already gotten the spring catologe.

Well, he sells all the UC swords that I know of. Not that he has them all there of course.

The stepped timetable wouldn't have anything to do with the Re Release into the Cinema of LOTR: FOTR/LOTR: TTT do you think?

I must say I'm so glad to have found this site. I think Hadhafang is simply such an amazingly gorgeous sword. I must have it!!

Thanks for mentioning Christmas Striker. I think I've got something in mind now! :p Any idea what it might be, anyone?

Any more news on the bows? The pictures you've shown are exquisite! I'm an archer myself and I've always wanted a Bow of the Galadrium-i.e. Legolas' Lothlorien bow. It's just so beautiful! I saw an English company trying to sell one but looks terrible-it only has a painted design on it-not properly detailed at all.

The only reason I ended up here is cause I've spent two days searching for elven costumes. We want to dress up in our college to try and get some of the New College Students to join us in our Archery Club but I've had very little success.

Do you think Haldir's set will ever be made available? Weapons for one (his sword would be my favourite after Hadhafang) and especially his armour etc.

Will you be selling Legolas' Bracers at any stage? Or the Lothlorien Cloaks?

So much I want!! Hehehe... I think we're gonna try to make the Cloaks anyway.

*goes and tries to win lotto* Must buy everything. I doubt the lotto in this country (Ireland) would cover buying everything!!

Haldir , why dont you do me a favor, cause I am straped for time, or I would. Start a new thread and make it a survay, or however you want to do it and see how many responses it gets for the sword of Haldir.

Kit Rae visits here often and he may jump in and give us some insight on this beauty!

Back in april Kit mentioned Haldir's sword and said
"its barely on screen for a few scant seconds so it is unlikey that we will ever make it."

Well I heard that in TTT Extended there's more of the sword so maybe Kit was referring to the original TTT. I guess we'll see when extended is available to us Irish folks!

I never saw it before today in the gallery here:
    Haldir's Sword

It looks quite similar to Hadhfang. Oh what a beauty. I'd love to have those side by side on my wall. With a Lothlorien bow above them.

*thread starting I must go* :p

    Hi Witchking by the way...

Yes we have plans already in the works for both Legolas and Gimli's bracers. We have just had to put everything on the back burner the last few weeks. There are four of us handling the e-mail orders and shipments, not to mention the questions that go along with that.

Ya wouldn't be planning on having them ready by oh Wednesday the 8th would ya? :p Guess not. Definately will be getting Legolas Bracers-might if I get bored hazard an attempt at them. I guess it's good to try!

Wonder how much gear I can get before my parents start to whinge!! Hehe...

Any idea on when the bracers might be actually shipping? Same time as the bows? I.e. sometime 2004?

As far as the bracers go I have the designs ready to give to our leather smith, after that it is just a matter of how long it takes him to turn us out a few hundred or so. He is pretty quick so I will say that it will be before the year is out. Hopefull before the Return of the King

Coool... I'm actually gonna give them a go myself. If I can get my hands on some leather panels somewhere local preferably.

Pity I know nothing about leather, stiching, eh... anything much in that department!! :p

Can't wait to see yours though. I'm sure you'll let us know as soon as ye have them. I'll keep checking anyhow-wanna have some sorta rig out done for holloween.

May as well make something for once in my life!!
