    Any good assassin books that take place in a medieval/fantasy setting?

    Vlad Taltos series by Steven Brust

    Nightrunner series by Lynn Flewelling

    The series written by Robin Hobb hendy mentioned are called The Farseer series, there's also the sequel I think called Tawny Man series...

    That's all I can remember right now...

    I like the assassins in Pratchett. :)

    But only "The Pyramids" actually have an assassin as the main character and even there he's not killing anybody.
