I don't feel like reading a bad SW book to find out. So any SW people know the story behind it?
Does it matter? The only point of it is to show you that he is battle scarred. He is no longer this clean, fresh faced boy that we saw in AOTC
it was actually in a comic....Anakin gets the scar from Asajj Ventress (dooku's assasin) in a lightsaber duel..he actually gets another one on his left cheek.
didn't he kill her in The Clone Wars? Without getting a scar?
So where the second scar in the movies?
no, apparantly she is not dead, she survived the fall we see in the animated serie. We see her return in the comic serie "Obsession" for example. About the other scar...it's strange cause I saw the other scar on an action figure, but I don't see it in the movie.
It's funny they gave him a scar - Mark Hamill wanted Luke to have a similar scar for Return of the Jedi - thought it would make him look tough and battle hardened, just a wee bit dark.
I guess George Lucas thought he looked ugly enough after his accident
Yeah good point!!! :yak: Hamill
The visual dictionary also says Anakin got his scar from Asajj Ventress
well, then now I know.
and we all know that:
KNOWING IS HALF THE BATTLE!!
What's the other half?
I don't know. Ask one of the members of GI Joe.
You asked where the other scar is on his left cheek...here it is...
Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!! *lol* *rofl*
Sorry, but I saw Palpatine's facial expression sooner than Anakin's scar...
that's really small. no wonder I never noticed it.
Palpatine looks like he just farted and is waiting for anakin to notice.
I didn't even know Anakin owned a car.
I noticed Anakin had scars. I just assumed it was from battles
