Okay, this is another British romantic comedy set in suburban london. There's one slight catch though. Theres zombies there too!

I urge you to go and see this, dont dismiss it like a hugh grant film because this is real comedy! Its about a guy called Shaun (simon pegg, the main guy from "spaced"). He's 29 and He spends all his time in the pub, works a sh*t job and is constantly perstered by his step father. His best friend Ed is crashign on his sofa and is a constant distration. The only good thing in his life is his girlfriend liz, who dumps him .

The next day the zombies comes, no one knows why. And Shaun has to take charge, with his friend Ed by him they go around killing zombies in an attempt to rescue liz, they end up making a stand at the pub, but about five hundred zombies follow them.


It may sound crap when i say it, but this is seriously funny stuff, go out and see it if you get the chance. It has some hilarious jokes involving darts, zombie acting school and shaun continually altering his plan.

Also it has one of the funniest fart joke of all time. I know, i know, fart jokes arent funny, this one IS. I wont ruin it for you.

Lol i found this film really funny, and the funny thing is, its one of the few god british made films, i quote the best part was: "Hey i think she's drunk" and Ed throws a stone at the girl and she just goes "erarghhh". That had to be the funniest part along with when the girl tries to bite Shaun and Ed takes a picture.

Anyone who hasn't seen this, its a must

Its just a fresh change from all the crap hugh grant sents over to you guys. It gives you the impression that all british comedy is him saying"F*ck" or "Bugger" every half an hour.

Theres a lot of comedy that is gold that you guys dont see. (if anyone there has BBC america, and has seen "The Office" will know one example).

Theres a series called "Spaced" that just most of the people in this film and the same director. but its focused more on comedy like an extreme sit-com. One of the episodes was the inspiriation for shaun of the dead, its where Tim (the lead character, Simon Pegg, the same guy who is Shaun) and his friend mike take load of speed, mike ends up on a train half way across the country cause he fell asleep, and tim plays resident evil for 23 hours and begins halucinating about zombies. Thers a whole lot of really funny jokes in that episode, one of which is a p*ss take of adstract art plays.

aye, i thoughthe would be a bit of a nacy boy, but he was really good, and a nice pikey accent Quote: "Who's that?" Pitt: "Tis my maa" "who?" "His maa" lol that was funny, when the big boxer and shrimp went to buy a caravan from them.
