I love rangers apprentice too and the ideas youguy said are really good but I (personally) would love to have the saxe knife, a throwing knife, a sword, bow and arrow and a rangers cloak with a hood that masks my face with a shadow.

and I wonder if you could make a cloak from just the materials and a sewing maching

Totally. Fabric and sewing is how all garments are made Pinning the hem takes ages coz there's so much length tmo the hem of a flowing cloak. Machine sewing is okay but hand sewing a large item like a cloak is a labour of love (and patience!)

well I would try to go to a forest and sneak around practising cloaking (the art of being unseen), knife throwing, shooting, pretend to be a ranger and probably find some spot to hang out. I pretty much would do anything I want to.

p.s thanks for the tip Mububban

p.s.s by the way if anyone likes fantasy card games my friends and I created one we'll be putting youtube videos about it soon and the game is very fun so keep checking this thread or another thread (haven't created it yet) that'll say LOR card game

If you want to be unseen in the woods, may I suggest looking for a military camouflage manual? Having said that, a cloak would be a decent way to break up your outline, especially if mottled (dull plaids would work well too). So would a shapeless hat (slouch hat, boonie hat, beret), long hair, beard...
